First, "Prompt Me That" is referring to a toxic or abusive interaction between two people, no matter the relationship and its history. The song is an ironic protest against a person (the abuser) projecting a respectable and strong self-image, but in fact being fragile and insecure, thus resorting to coping mechanisms, contempt and the dispensing of rude orders to the abused person. The term "prompt" is indeed used here to picture the idea that the abuser thinks that their prey is just another AI, omitting all politeness.
Then, "Prompt Me That" by Luguiev is also an ironic protestation against the massive use of artificial intelligence, reflecting notably into music production. The song takes the listener on a journey to explore ways to express how many things AI cannot do and why caring for the human being is so important.
